Mr. Vaughn graduated from Illinois State University in 2001 and began teaching at Hillsboro High School that fall.  He completed a master's degree in Educational Leadership from University of Illinois Springfield in 2011.  During his time at Hillsboro High School, he has taught English at all four grade levels and served as the department chair.  Mr. Vaughn enjoys reading and endurance sports.
