Welcome to my class! I'm thrilled to be starting my third year teaching at Hillsboro High School- my alma mater! I teach Accounting, Business Management, and Business Technology with Consumer Concepts, where I'm able to bring some real-world experience to our classroom. After earning my Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University, I spent several years working in business management and banking, gaining insights and skills that I now share with my students.

I currently live in Hillsboro, and I’m delighted to be part of this wonderful community once again. I live here with my husband, our daughter, and our curious cat named Moxie. When I'm not in the classroom, you may find me exploring new places, as traveling is one of my favorite hobbies!

My hope is to prepare students for success in life, the business world, and beyond. I look forward to a fantastic year of learning and growth together!
