2013 HHS ART PROJECT-By Ms. Kumlin's Class
At the beginning of the 2013 spring semester the Advanced Art students and Rembrandt Society members wanted to take on a project called The Memory Project. Ten HHS students drew portraits of 10 orphans or under privileged students from Nicaragua. The cost for HHS students was $15 per portrait. Faculty donations were collected and funded the project. The team behind The Memory Project sent photos and a video link of the students receiving their finished portraits from our students. The link to the video is www.memoryproject.org/Nicaragua14 It is a little over 9 minutes long, because it is all the portraits The Memory Project delivered to Nicaragua this year not just HHS students. The HHS students work appears around the 4:50 minute mark.
