Students and parents will need to create an FSA ID before they can complete the FAFSA. A FSA ID will be used each year that the FAFSA is completed.
The ISAC Student Portal is where a student will complete the online FAFSA Non-Participation Form.
A student MUST create an account first. Then follow the directions to submit the Non-Participation Form.
