Welcome to 8th grade language arts! My name is Cati Barth, and I will be your language arts teacher. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Greenville University in 2016 and completed my Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction in 2021 at Eastern Illinois University. I have been teaching since 2016! I previously taught 5th-8th ELA for one year at Bartelso Elementary School and 5th grade ELA for five years at Carlyle Junior High School. I am so excited to be your teacher this year!

In my free time, I enjoy being active, reading a book, or spending time with my husband, our sons, and our two dogs.
