Our Preschool For All Program offers several different opportunities for parents and families to get involved with our school and your child's education by hosting lots of fun (and ALWAYS FREE!) activities throughout the school year in which to participate.
FAMILY FUN NIGHTS
We host two Family Fun Nights every school year. One in the fall, and one in the spring. PreK students are invited to come to Family Fun Night with their entire family to enjoy food and fun activities! Our annual Fall Family Fun Night is typically scheduled in late September/Early October in the evening at Coffeen School. Our SPRING Family Fun Night is generally held near the end of April.
PARENT RESOURCE NIGHTS
In addition to our bi-annual Family Fun Nights, we also hold monthly Parent Resource Nights in which parents and their preschoolers are invited to come for a night of fun mixed in with information and tips about hot topics in parenting (ex. strategies for bedtime battles, dental health, food battles, educational games to play at home, how to improve fine motor skills, etc.)
COFFEE BREAKS
We recently kicked off a new event called "Coffee Break". It's simply an opportunity for parents to gather together while your child is in class to drink coffee (or tea!), relax, and get to know other parents of preschoolers who are walking through the same joys and challenges of parenting that you may be! Coffee Breaks are hosted quarterly in the Coffeen Early Childhood Center's Teacher's Lounge.
