Welcome to 4th Grade with Mrs. Hammann!

Dear Families,

Welcome to an exciting new school year in 4th grade! I’m Mrs. Hammann, and I am so thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year. Fourth grade is a time of incredible academic growth, increased independence, and memorable experiences, and I can’t wait to get started.

In our classroom, we value hard work, teamwork, curiosity, and kindness. Students will be challenged to think critically, solve problems, support one another, and always give their best effort. We’ll explore new concepts in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies while building strong habits that will last a lifetime.

But we don’t just learn, we build a community. My goal is to create an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and motivated to grow. From our classroom economy and math hall of fame, to team-building games, learning in fourth grade is active, hands-on, and full of positive energy.
