Welcome!  I am thrilled to be teaching fifth grade!  I live in Hillsboro with my husband Chad and our son Jack and our daughter Anna.  I graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2004 and continued my education at SIU Edwardsville.  I graduated in 2008 with a B.S. in Elementary Education with endorsements in Math and Spanish and taught junior high math for 7 years.  I taught 7th grade math and Language Arts in Hillsboro for 2 years, and taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math and Algebra in Bunker Hill for 5 years.  I taught 4th grade at Beckemeyer for one year, 3rd grade for two years, and now I'm so happy to be part of the 5th grade team!  I am looking forward to the adventures ahead in 5th grade!

I am also the Varsity Volleyball coach at Hillsboro High School.  Go Toppers!

I love spending time with my family and friends, coaching, watching and playing sports, and all things Bravo TV and HGTV!
