Mrs. Ali Luckett RN, BS, PEL-SN

Hello! My name is Ali Luckett and I am so excited to be the elementary school nurse for Hillsboro School District. I grew up in Witt and enjoy raising my family in Hillsboro. I graduated from Hillsboro High School before going to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville for nursing school. After nursing school, I took online classes through University of Illinois Chicago to obtain my Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Nursing.

I have been a nurse since 2010 and a school nurse since 2013. I started my nursing career as a staff nurse at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton where I worked on the medical/surgical unit and helped in the emergency room as needed. I started my school nursing career at Alton Middle School then went to Litchfield Elementary Schools for 3 1/2 years before finally landing in Hillsboro and Coffeen. I am so happy to be able to take care of the kids in home district. I absolutely love what I do and I look forward to many years here!
