Hello! This is currently my 10thh year of teaching and my 9th year at the wonderful HJHS.  I absolutely love teaching in my hometown! I am currently the 8th grade resource teacher, teaching instructional math and instructional literature as well as co-teaching math.  I'm looking forward to incorporating more technology into the classroom as well as helping to prepare students for high school. 

In my free time, I enjoy giving back to my community.  I helped to start the fundraising group Stamp Out Cancer in honor of my father.  So far, we've raised over $750,000 for the Montgomery County Cancer Association. I also helped form the group Imagine Hillsboro which is going on its 7th year. Within that group, I am on the Parks and Rec committee helping to put on the Summer Concert Series as well as the Cardboard Boat Regatta.
