Hello!  I am Hannah Reed, APRN-CNP.  I am the CNA instructor for Hillsboro High School.  Prior to this career choice, I was a registered nurse and a Nurse Practitioner for Springfield Clinic. I have earned an MSN from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a BSN from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College. I am excited to be here in Hillsboro and be a part of the HHS faculty. 

My family and I moved here last year and we are happy to be part of the Hillsboro community.  I live with my husband, Joe Reed, who is the fitness instructor at HHS and head football coach for Hillsboro, and our three children, Louden, Mila, and Betsy. In addition to being a mom/football coach wife/nurse, and CNA Instructor, I also operate a small business performing medical aesthetics.  The business is named LMB Aesthetics! I am excited about bringing medical aesthetics to the Hillsboro community!

One goal of mine this year is to create a love and passion for nursing in students in Hillsboro and surrounding districts! Healthcare needs nurses, and I hope to share my knowledge and get students excited for a career in the health profession.
