Our Commitment to Clean and Safe Schools

The HCUSD #3 custodial team is responsible for maintaining all district facilities, including classrooms, hallways, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, gymnasiums, and common areas. Their daily efforts help reduce the spread of germs, improve safety, and support a positive school experience for everyone.

What Our Custodial Staff Does

Our custodians provide essential services such as:

  • Daily cleaning and disinfection of classrooms and common spaces

  • Floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and waxing

  • Maintaining restrooms and ensuring proper sanitation

  • Setting up and supporting school events and activities

  • Minor maintenance tasks and safety checks

  • Responding to building needs throughout the school day

  • Assisting with snow removal and seasonal tasks

Their diligence ensures that our facilities remain in excellent condition year-round.
