The principal of Hillsboro High School has called a meeting of the class officers.  “We’ve had an increasing problem of trash around the campus.  There are plastic water bottles and soda cans thrown on the grounds and too much trash being generated in the classrooms.  What do you suggest we do to help alleviate this problem?” he asks.  The students discuss the situation for a few minutes and then decide that a recycling awareness campaign would help inform the students and encourage them to take responsibility for their school and environment.
