Back in 1990 a group of concerned parents decided to form the not for profit Hillsboro Post Prom organization with the goal in mind of  keeping our children safe and off the roads after prom.  The all night, substance and alcohol free party is for all juniors and seniors of Hillsboro High School and their guest at no cost.  The party is held at the Beckemeyer Gym with the doors being locked at midnight and the students being dismissed around 6:00 a. m.  Food, soda and games are provided all night long.

Since we are a not for profit organization it takes a lot of fundraising and community support, along with several dedicated volunteers.  Our committee is in need of new members.  Anyone is welcome to volunteer throughout the year or the Friday and Saturday night of the event, but our committee members must have students in High School.
